Customer Support Process

Submit Ticket
Send an email to hi@ssat.ai with the details of your support request. It will be classified as a support request, matched with your customer profile, and forwarded to the appropriate employees.
2.
Issue Assessment
If you are entitled support, an engineer from the list of internally contacted employees will perform a root cause analysis and share their findings.
3.
Resolution
Customer Success will propose a plan to resolve your issue.
